WV Tax Department Registration

WVAFF Bylaws require all event members “must be registered with the West Virginia Tax Department”. In order to satisfy this requirement, new, re-joining, and existing members can submit a copy of their Business Registration Certificate issued by the WV Tax Department, as in the example below.

Simply email a copy of your business registration certificate in .PDF or .JPG format to WVAFF Membership at wvaffmembership@gmail.com. We will send confirmation, upon receipt.
