The WVAFF 2027 Annual Convention will be held at the Charleston Convention Center and Charleston Marriott Town Center on January 7 – 9, 2027. Links for all registration activities open October 1, 2026 at 9:00am. Please check back for updates.
Registration Forms
Convention Registration – Tickets are available at a Full Weekend ticket for $125, a Friday only Tradeshow & Showcase ticket for $45, and a Saturday only Pageant General Admission ticket for $25. Kathie Staten (secretary@wvfairsandfestivals.org) can assist with any questions you may have.
Tradeshow Registration – Associate Members may purchase a booth on the Tradeshow floor for $475. This price includes a 10 x 10 booth and membership fee for 2027. For more details, email Gary Connell, our Tradeshow Manager (associaterep@wvfairsandfestivals.org).
Showcase Application – Are you or do you know a musical act, stage act, or ground entertainment that would like to perform for 20 min in front of more than 700 people? Then performing in our Showcase is just for you. Email Tom Clark (treasurer@wvfairsandfestivals.org), our Showcase Manager, for more details.
Convention Book Ad – Advertise your business or show your support for your favorite queen contestant. All ads are full color! Half-page ads are $125 and Full-page ads are $200. For details, contact Michael Wodnicki (michael@wvfairsandfestivals.org).
Communication Awards – Submit your poster, program book, pageant program, social media pages, and more from your 2026 event in a chance to earn awards, ribbons, and acclaim. Contact Jeanie Smith (jeanie@wvfairsandfestivals.org) for additional information.
Pageant Registration – Contestant submissions to compete in the Miss WVAFF Pageant are only available Oct 1 – Nov 1, 2026. See our Pageant Info page for more information on the competition and eligibility.
Pageant Payments – Payments of contestant registration fees are due Oct 1 – Nov 1. No payments will be accepted outside of that time period. Payments can be made by credit/debit card or electronic check and will be processed by MemberPlanet.
Annual Business Meeting
Our Annual Business Meeting will be held during convention on Jan 9 at 8:30am at the Charleston Marriott Town Center. Elections for Secretary and 2nd Vice-President will be held. Be sure your event has registered a voting delegate, too.
Officer Self-Nomination – The offices of Secretary and 2nd Vice-President will be elected in 2027, taking office April 1. Secretary has a 2 year commitment and 2nd Vice-President has an 8 year commitment. If you are interested in joining the WVAFF Board of Directors, now is your change to register as a candidate. You must also be available to meet with our nominating committee on Friday, Jan 8. Contact Michael Wodnicki (michael@wvfairsandfestivals.org) with question or for additional information.
Voting Delegate – Register here as your event’s voting delegate or alternate. Use this link and form ONLY if you do not plan to purchase tickets for convention and indicate your status then.
