Convention Registration – Ticket details below:

• Full weekend ticket – $125. Includes admission to all convention activities, including the buffet dinner Friday night and seating at the round tables on Saturday night for pageant finals.
• Friday Only tickets – $45. Includes admission to trade show, showcase, and event promotion phase of competition on Friday only. DOES NOT INCLUDE BUFFET.
• Saturday Only General Admission – $25. General seating in the back. You cannot sit at the round tables with this ticket.

Showcase Application – Present your best demo for consideration to play at our Showcase on Friday. If selected, you will play up to 20 minute in front hundreds of decision makers. This is a fantastic opportunity to promote yourself, your art and skills, and help book events for 2026!

Trade Show Registration – Join us on the convention floor to connect with nearly 1000 fair and festival representatives. Please reach out to Gary Connell, our Associate Member Representative and trade show manager, for details on getting a booth for Friday, January 9. You can also request more information or submit questions through the Contact Us page.

2026 Election of Officers Self-Nomination – We will be electing a Treasurer and At-Large Representative at our Annual Business Meeting on Saturday, January 10. You may self-nominate October 1, 2025 thru January 8, 2026. Please be available in the afternoon on Friday, January 9, to meet with our nominating committee.

2026 Communications Awards – Submit your posters, books, flyers, etc. for consideration. We will be reviewing all submission after the December 1 deadline and announcing our winners at the Annual Business Meeting on Saturday, January 10.

2026 WVAFF Hall of Fame Nomination – There are hundreds of tireless volunteers that donate thousands of hours in support of fairs and festivals in WV. We are looking for those people from our membership that support our fairs and festivals, continuing to make and keep our events the family-friendly place to enjoy the unique culture of West Virginia. If you know someone who deserves recognition for their dedication to our events, please consider nominating them for the 2025 WVAFF Hall of Fame. Our winner will be announced on Saturday, January 10, during the pageant finals.

2026 Convention Program Book Ads – Do you want to shout-out to your favorite queen contestant? Maybe you’re looking to grow your business by advertising your services? Then we have just the place for your ad…our convention program book.

Photo Contest Submission – We’re looking for shutterbugs that capture the essence of WV and our fairs and festivals. Submit your favorite pictures for consideration for our program book cover and the 2027 convention dates page.
