Becoming an Event Member

Our organization represents over 100 Fair and Festival events throughout West Virginia.  Fairs and festivals are a vital part of West Virginia’s tourism economy and it is critical that we continue to lobby for our industry and apply collective efforts to solving problems and creating new ideas for the future.

We are collaborating with memberplanet to use their online tools for communication and membership management. memberplanet currently works with schools, churches, PTA groups, educational foundations, fraternal, social, Greek and alumni groups around the world and has created all of the online tools needed for communications, payments, donations, registration forms, the ability to share event photos and much more.

Use the button above to create an account in our “WVAFF” group in memberplanet. If you are a new user to memberplanet, click the Create Account link at the bottom of the login page. Please complete your member profile to help us have the most up-to-date contact information.


This information is based off of the paper form that was sent every year that everyone had to fill out and send in. This just alleviates the need to fill out the form every year.


Current dues for a yearly Event Membership in the WVAFF is $100.00 per year

Only items with an asterisk (*) are required, such as primary email, a phone number and mailing address.  Your personal social media and other fields are not required when signing up for an account on the memberplanet “WVAFF” group. This info will be used as the contact info for your account (Event or Associate member), so make sure that someone will check this info regularly.

You will be asked to complete information about your Fair or Festival, so you should be prepared for that. When filling in forms, always look for the blue “Continue” button at the bottom right of each page to get to the next step.

Payments, whether they are for new membership, membership renewal, convention registration, etc., can be made by credit card or Echeck. Echeck is simply your bank routing number and you checking account number.
