2019 Queen’s Registration

Registration and payment forms are now available for the 2019 West Virginia Association of Fairs and Festivals Queen’s Pageant.

There are two separate forms that need to be submitted to complete entry for this year’s Queen Pageant:

  • One form will be for judging and hotel information and can be completed by the Queen and/or Director.
  • The second is a separate form for entry fee payment and can be paid online with credit card or Echeck

The forms can be completed and submitted at different times and by different individuals and can be submitted starting today.

No entries will be accepted after November 10, 2018. The entry fee total will be the same whether you register online or by mail. Entry fee for the 2019 competition will be $750.00. In addition to using the link below, you can find these two forms in your memberplanet portal.

The West Virginia Association of Fairs and Festivals Pageant will be held January 10-12, 2019 at the Charleston Civic Center and the Charleston Marriott.
